Upon successful booking and payment confirmation, all consultations and services offered by Sacred Energy Vastu shall be delivered through phone call or online meeting (such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms).
* The consultation will be scheduled and delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of payment confirmation.
* The exact time and mode of consultation will be communicated to the client via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email based on the contact details provided at the time of booking.
* Clients are requested to ensure they are available at the scheduled time. In case of unavailability, prior notice must be given at least 6–12 hours in advance for rescheduling.
Rescheduling Policy
* One-time rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.
* Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Service Completion
* A service shall be considered successfully delivered once the consultation session has been conducted via phone or online meeting.
